1. Be Professional (dress professional, follow thru, do what you say you will do)

2. Consult - (don't sell)

3. Refer to them - build key group of other professionals that you refer to and ask that they refer back

4. Reward - Make sure those that refer to you recognize your appreciation (simple as Thank You card)

5. Value - show your value as an asset to getting the job done right the first time
